Red Beet Hummus Recipe
One of the greatest joys of I.O.N. is getting to be a part of our customers’ lives. Food plays an important role in so many of life’s most important moments, and we’re honored when people choose to celebrate those moments at I.O.N. We play a behind-the-scenes role at birthday celebrations, share in your excitement at graduation parties, and have seen our fair share of first dates. We’ve watched some of those dates lead to surprise proposals, gone on to make cakes for those weddings, and served anniversary dinners a year later.
This Friday is Valentine’s Day, and we’re excited for even more love stories to unfold at I.O.N. In fact, we’ve fallen head over heels ourselves - for this roasted beet hummus that’s perfectly pink for Valentine’s Day. Visit our website to see the full Valentine’s Day menu and join us this Friday evening!
